On the back of the PDM, in the battery compartment, there is a small rectangular window just below the batteries where you can see the green circuit card. Expecting that outcome this time, I called Insulet, but they walked me through a reset process I knew nothing about! ![]() The last time this happened, many years ago when I had the first generation PDM, that error meant the PDM was dead, and Insulet overnighted me a new PDM to replace it. This morning, my PDM gave me a critical error, disabled my pod, and displayed the 'call Omnipod' screen with the error reference code. I've been using the Omnipod for almost 10 years and am on my third PDM (latest generation).
